To reach the full AC charging speed, the EX30 must be connected to a 3-phase 16A wallbox using a Type 2 connector.

DC fast charging time (10–80%):▪️ Around 26 minutes (69 kWh version)
The EX30 uses a CCS2 connector for DC charging, ensuring compatibility with Europe’s major fast-charging networks.
Whether you choose the 51 kWh or 69 kWh battery, the Volvo EX30 supports AC charging up to 11 kW and DC fast charging up to 153 kW. Thanks to its efficient powertrain and modern architecture, it offers fast, flexible charging both at home and on long journeys.
