Wallbox - a wall-mounted charging station for your home

A wallbox is a wall-mounted EV charging station that turns your garage, driveway or company car park into a private charging point. Compared with charging from a regular socket it is several times faster and safer: a dedicated circuit, built-in residual-current protection and a weatherproof housing let you charge daily without thinking about it. Plug in at night, leave with a full battery in the morning.

The PRIME series - one wallbox done right, instead of ten confusing models. We took a different path from most manufacturers: rather than a price list full of stripped-down variants, every PRIME comes complete. A 7.5 m Type 2 cable, 3 RFID cards for access control, dynamic load balancing for up to 4 stations, a physical emergency stop button and double shock protection (Type A 30 mA RCD + DC residual current detection) are all standard - not paid extras. The IP65 housing and IP66 connector handle rain, frost and summer heat, and the quality is confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification.

Your only real decision is the power. The 11 kW wallbox is the right choice for most homes - it runs on a standard three-phase connection and charges a typical EV overnight. The 22 kW wallbox charges twice as fast and is built for cars that support 22 kW AC, company fleets and residential communities. Not sure which power your car can use? FAQ

Can I install a wallbox in an apartment building car park?

Yes, but in multi-family buildings you usually need the community's or housing association's consent and, in most cases, a fire-safety admissibility assessment. The PRIME's RFID access control fits this use case well - only authorised residents can charge.

What is a wallbox and how is it different from charging from a socket?

A wallbox is a fixed AC charging station connected to a dedicated circuit. A household socket delivers at most 2.3 kW and is not designed for hours of continuous load; a wallbox charges at 11–22 kW - several times faster - with full protection built in. For occasional charging away from home, a portable charger is the complement, not the substitute, of a wallbox.

Which wallbox power should I choose - 11 or 22 kW?

Start with your car's on-board charger: most EVs accept up to 11 kW AC, so an 11 kW wallbox is the standard home choice. Pick 22 kW when your car supports 22 kW AC, you plan to charge more than one vehicle, or you want a future-proof installation for a company site.

Do you have a 7.2 kW wallbox?

We deliberately do not. 7.2–7.4 kW is a single-phase power that loads one phase with 32 A - in Polish homes a three-phase 11 kW connection (3 × 16 A) is usually both easier on the installation and faster. If your home only has a single-phase supply, a portable 7.4 kW charger is the practical solution.
